Born Allen Keon Lee, Smoke Bulga was raised in Boston’s South End and Dorchester, MA. Also known by his stage name “Donn Lennon”, Smoke Bulga has become one of the most prominent artists in the local hip hop scene. Smoke, in 2008, signed a major deal with Epic/Sony Records, changing the history of hip-hop in the Boston area.
In 2009, after a departure with Epic/Sony, the national scene got another glimpse of Smoke’s talents when he partnered with Jim Jones and recorded the hit record “Money on My Mind”. The video would surge to constant rotation on MTV Jams.
After a tragic incident outside a nightclub ended the life of his brother, Roc Dukati, Smoke took a break from music. However, he used the hardship as determination for the next step in his career.
